My Project

I absolutely love how my students bring unique perspectives, creativity, and resilience to the classroom everyday. Each of them faces different challenges, but they all share a deep desire to learn and grow. Many of my students experience sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation difficulties, or struggles with focus, which can make traditional classroom environments overwhelming at times.

The Memory Foam Bean Bag Chair will provide a soft, calming space for my students to relax and recharge, helping them regain focus when they become overwhelmed.

The Lakeshore Classroom Calming Kit offers sensory toys and tools that will support emotional regulation, allowing students to manage anxiety or stress in a productive way. The Adnee Massage Game Mats will provide tactile stimulation to help them self-soothe and stay engaged during learning activities.

By integrating these resources, my goal is to create a sensory-friendly environment where my students feel safe, calm, and supported. I want them to feel empowered to manage their emotions and participate in learning without feeling overwhelmed.

What makes my students truly special is their determination and resilience; despite facing challenges, they show up everyday with eagerness to learn, explore, and connect with others. This sensory corner will allow them to thrive in a space designed to meet their individual needs and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
