My Students

My fourth-grade class has 32 students in it. My students are eager to learn, enjoy school and are motivated to succeed. They love to use their imagination and grow as learners. We are a large school with over 1,000 students. We are a Title I school and all the students in my school all receive free breakfast and lunch. Many of the students in my school are English as Second Language learners. We have many different languages spoken in my school. My students come to school with big smiles and are ready to learn and achieve great things!

My Project

My class needs a new easel. Our current easel is in need of repair. The marker doesn't erase fully and the ledge is no longer staying up. We use our easel in our meeting area all day long! We use it to hang charts on, solve math problems. Having an easel helps all of my students see the same things. It helps to keep them focused on the lesson and provides an opportunity for students to come up and solve problems or write and the entire class can see.

Our easel is an essential part of our meeting area and is used in all subject areas.

We would not know what to do without it. Please help us to get a new easel.
