My Students

My students are some of the hardest working students in Ohio! They have big goals and aspirations and need some simple school supplies to help them reach these ambitious goals! Currently, my school does not have enough calculators for every student to use one in math class.

Our school is a charter school in a lower-economic area in Ohio.

Although our students face many challenges outside of school, they are committed to doing what it takes to get to and through college. Our middle school students have a longer school day and an extended school year to get them prepared for high school and then college. Some of our students get on the bus by 6am in the morning and stay at school for after school activities until 6 pm. They are extremely hard-working and motivated students. Their dedication and relentless work inspires all of us daily and they deserve to have these supplies for their learning.

My Project

A calculator can make a huge difference in learning and when taking state tests. My students need good calculators to learn higher level skills in math class. They also need these calculators to do their best on our state test. Their test scores will stay with them when they apply to high schools and I want them to have the best opportunities so they continue to climb the mountain to and through college. Please help make my students dreams a reality!

My students need 20 calculators for math class and for state testing.

Students will be using these calculators every day! These simple supplies will help make our school days hassle-free so students can focus on the challenging material in their classes! When it comes to learning, I believe there is no time to waste! Please help our school meet our students' needs.
