My Project

Several of my kids have come to class lacking the skills of multiplication and division to work through algebra problems. By receiving calculators this would give my students more confidence when attempting Algebra 1 problems. This would also allow me to make sure that every student in my class would be able to use their own classroom calculator while in class. They would not have to share anymore. I have also noticed that kids are more likely to try and work out problems when they have a calculator to give them confidence that they are doing it correctly by checking their answers.
