Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The snacks and materials requested will help the students at our international school create a safe space to decrease the negative stigma around mental health and aid in creating social emotional learning opportunities at the school.

BXIHS is an underserved community with limited resources.

Our goal is to provide a feel-good environment where students can openly discuss concerns related to mental health. Our mental health club will help establish a community where all thoughts and feelings are welcomed. We will provide support, unity, and understanding to all who are struggling with their mental health.
