This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kindergarten students love to learn! What a great way to help their learning than to observe the life cycle of a butterfly and to learn about their community during Rodeo days! Paper, magnets and Velcro dots will help me to continue to help their love of learning! The bags will be for collecting the gold that they find!

They will be amazed while watching the caterpillars turn into butterflies!

They will enjoy watching them go from caterpillar to butterfly and then letting them go. It truly is magical!

Other items needed are watercolor paper and paper for art projects for Rodeo and learning about butterflies.
