My Project

Our ceramics studio is committed to providing a safe and inspiring learning environment for our students. To enhance our clay workspace and prioritize student health, we are seeking funding to purchase durable, reusable clay storage bins. These bins will help us minimize the use of plastic bags, significantly reducing the amount of clay dust in our classroom. By investing in these bins, we can create a cleaner, healthier, and more efficient studio space for our students.

Project Impact:

Improved Student Health: By reducing the use of plastic bags, we can dramatically decrease the amount of clay dust in our classroom. Inhaling clay dust can lead to serious respiratory issues like silicosis. These bins will help protect our students' long-term health.

Enhanced Clay Management: The bins will provide a designated storage space for each student's clay projects, ensuring they stay moist and workable. This will help students manage their time more effectively and reduce waste.

Increased Efficiency: The bins are easy to clean and reusable, saving time and resources. They can be used for multiple semesters and years, making them a sustainable investment.

Positive Learning Environment: A clean and organized studio space can inspire creativity and focus. By reducing clutter and dust, we can create a more pleasant and productive learning environment.
