My Students

My students are entering middle school for the first time and are nervous and eager. On top of the new experience they are individuals on the Autism Spectrum and need extra attention assimilating to a new place. They come to school ready to learn and enjoy every minute of it!

My students are extraordinary.

They amaze me everyday and go beyond their "limitations." I enjoy seeing them learn, make friends, and become part of the middle school community. We appreciate any help!

My Project

Students would love to see all their hard work and accomplishments on display! This bulletin board will be used to display both educational posters and student work.

This bulletin board will help build self esteem and motivate students to do well, so their work is showcased.

By displaying educational posters it provides a visual and gives reminders to students on what their working to accomplish.

The bulletin board will be decorated and colorful, to grab students attention and excite them about learning. By drawing their eye to the class bulletin board students will be motivated and excited to learn in school!

Mrs. Altmeier Mya Middle Years Alternative School Grades 6-8
