Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A donation of a Cricut machine would greatly enhance our school community by supporting theater, athletics, and school events. This versatile tool would allow students and staff to create high-quality designs for costumes, stage sets, sports gear, and more.

Theater Costumes & Stage Design

Our theater program would benefit from Cricut’s ability to precisely cut fabric, vinyl, and cardstock. Students could design intricate costume details, props, and set decorations quickly and affordably, enhancing the quality of our productions while giving students hands-on experience in design and craftsmanship.

Custom Sports Gear & Spirit Wear

For athletics, the Cricut would allow teams to personalize uniforms, helmets, water bottles, and banners. Custom iron-on designs and decals would boost school spirit and team pride. The ability to make personalized awards and fan gear would also help create a stronger sense of community within our sports programs.

Supporting School Events & Clubs

Beyond theater and sports, the Cricut would be useful for creating posters, banners, and decorations for dances, pep rallies, fundraisers, and community projects. Clubs could design custom merchandise to raise funds and promote their activities.

A Cricut machine would save money on expensive custom prints while giving students hands-on experience with design and creativity. This donation would have a lasting impact, bringing school spirit and innovation to every corner of our community.
