My Project

In today’s rapidly advancing world, coding and robotics are essential skills that open doors to future careers in technology, engineering, and automation. However, many students—especially those in isolated, rural communities—lack access to hands-on learning opportunities in these fields. Our Native Alaskan students, living in a remote region, deserve the same opportunities as students in larger cities to explore coding, electronics, and robotics in a meaningful and engaging way.

This project will provide Arduino Beginner Kits to introduce our students to the fundamentals of programming and circuit design.

With these kits, they will learn to build and code real-world projects, such as smart lighting, temperature sensors, and basic robotics. This hands-on experience will empower them to become creators and problem solvers, rather than just consumers of technology.

Despite the challenges of geographic isolation, we believe that our students can excel in STEM fields and develop the skills necessary for high-demand careers. By supporting this project, donors will help bring high-quality STEM education to our Native Alaskan students, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to thrive in a technology-driven world.
