My Project

The students in my school come from a variety of cultures and social backgrounds, all coming into a building to be one community with success being the goal for each student. The goal of my project is to promote positive ways to increase behavior. I am also trying to turn the special education office into an inviting place for our families to feel comfort during our meetings which can often be hard information to discuss.

Every student is special, being unique in his/her own way.

The students will benefit from items by having fidgets that are specifically enjoyed by the student. The student's families will benefit from the projector by being able to see the student's data on a large screen instead of laptop screen. This will allow every member of the team access to follow along during the meetings. Most of the students I encounter are special education students with some being evaluated to become a special education student.
