My Project

The weeks are flying by and the second semester is here, and we will be knee-deep in our design units. When I asked students what they wanted to create, they came up with many ideas. When I explained how we would do it, they narrowed the list down and the items we are requesting will help us with making and with building our robots. The grinder will allow us to polish the ends of some of the metal parts that we are having to create from pieces that we already have. The sublimation earrings, sublimation paper, and dark fabric transfers will allow us to use a variety of materials and backdrops for our work.

Our students are creative and thoughtful innovators who are always wanting to learn something new.

This project will allow us to provide the materials that will let them create and make something they will be able to show others with pride. Providing needed supplies removes the exclusion of students who can't afford to bring in their own. Projects will follow for some t-shirts and other items that the vinyl will be applied.
