My Students

My students are full of excitement about coming to Kindergarten! They are sweet and ready to learn new things every day.

I teach in a Title 1 school where we are building a love of community and friendship through the use of centers in the classroom.

My goal is to establish a community in my classroom that appeals to all students, regardless of their background.

My Project

Covid 19 has changed a lot of our lives. It has really impacted the experiences that my Kindergarten students are about to have in our classroom. Students will be able to rotate through Center Stations, but will have to do so mostly independently, unless we have enough supplies to allow two students per station. This includes things like storage containers, games and puzzles, art supplies, and splash mats to contain the paint!

My goal is to have enough supplies at each Center Station for students to use so they can build relationships while social distancing, and still having fun!

Let's help these five year olds have the most amazing experience we can during their first year of school!
