Help me provide a classroom that inspires every student. This is my first year in my own classroom without an accompanied teacher. She had an incredible opportunity to move to the middle school full time and brought a lot of her supplies with her that she’s accumulated over 20-years. This project would help replace some of the gaps in our classroom. Allowing students to have immediate access to their supplies will allow me to achieve my goal to create a self-guided learning environment that allows students to explore their own interests. I have a vast community of students that all adore art on different levels Some prefer art history, while others love teaching themselves how to draw with how-to-draw books. I have students whom love painting while many prefer Ceramics. It’s important to me to allow each student to learn freely through self-exploration and expression. I also have students with special needs and having areas to stimulate and support them is extremely important. Having puzzles, books, sensory items and other activities for students with disabilities is vital. I want my classroom to be accessible to all students and by donating you can help me achieve that dream.
