This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are asking for equipment that will help enhance our Engineering skills. Our students love to create and build. Their young minds are filled with new ideas. With the appropriate type of materials they can put these ideas into a 3D figure.

We want to build and create models that can fly.

We are able to build flying paper airplanes and catapults that can launch items near and far. We know how shapes in fuselage and nose cones help aircrafts fly. If we combine all of our knowledge about paper airplanes, catapults, shapes and forces such as wind and gravity we can come close to building different parts to something that resemble an aircraft.

To do this we need a reliable yet easy to use 3D printer along with a lot of filaments. Please consider helping us fund our project!
