My Project

I am a new social worker in North Minneapolis, working to help young people build the skills necessary to become the future thought leaders and changemakers of the world. This starts with building their self-esteem, conflict resolution skills, and positive decision-making abilities. It involves encouraging and building a growth mindset that helps them see that the challenges they face can be met with creativity and resilience.

Many of the young people I support have not always been served by the systems of which they are a part.

Through the work we do together they are able to see their gifts and unique talents, which leads them to excitement around their ability to contribute and see a positive future.
