This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students’ curiosity and enthusiasm for learning through hands-on experiences. They are a diverse group of creative thinkers who thrive when given the opportunity to explore and express themselves. By incorporating the LEGO Architecture sets, such as the Paris, San Francisco, New York City, and Singapore Skylines, along with the Empire State Building, my students will have the chance to engage in meaningful, real-world learning that combines art, history, and engineering. These sets will spark their imagination and help them develop critical skills like problem-solving, spatial awareness, and collaboration.

My goal for this project is to inspire my students to see themselves as future architects, engineers, and designers.

These LEGO sets will be a powerful tool for bringing their ideas to life, allowing them to connect classroom concepts with tangible creations. Each build will challenge them to think critically and creatively while fostering teamwork and perseverance.

What makes my students special is their eagerness to learn and ability to support one another in group settings. They come from various backgrounds and bring unique perspectives to the table, making every project an opportunity for growth and discovery. With these LEGO Architecture sets, I’m confident that they will continue to build incredible structures and the confidence and skills they need for a bright future.
