This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Managing money is a crucial life skill, and I want to bring financial literacy to my students in an engaging, hands-on way! Through a classroom store, my students will earn and manage digital money, make spending and saving decisions, and learn essential financial skills.

With your help, I will create a classroom economy where students earn digital dollars for positive behavior, completed assignments, and participation.

They will use their earnings to "purchase" items from our classroom store, reinforcing budgeting, saving, and responsible spending habits. This real-world financial experience will empower my students with the skills they need for the future!
