Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

The students here at Roosevelt are some of the best on this earth. They love to be here and we love that they are here. They come from all backgrounds, bringing their own unique experiences and compassions! But, they all share one thing, the need and will to learn.
My Project
They will be able to create and participate in more functional labs! They can create projects that will show them the mixing of certain elements, learn about mixtures and compounds, and eve get to make labs such as elephant toothpaste, volcano building, gas laws.
We can measure out our projects so we can use precise measurements.
Our scales here at the school are reaching the end of their lifespan.
Our Bunsen burners barely work with an in and out flame most of the time.
