My Project

In my diverse classroom, many of my students come from low-income backgrounds and face challenges beyond the walls of our school.

For my students, our classroom is more than just a place to learn – it’s a safe space filled with comfort, creativity, and belonging.

My goal is to build an environment that supports not only their academic growth but also their emotional well-being as well as a space to freely get their wiggles out!

Cozy classroom rugs to create a comfortable meeting area for learning centers, group discussions, and morning meetings.

Bean bag chairs to provide flexible seating options that help my more active and wiggly learners stay focused and engaged.

Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to purchase hands-on, engaging extension activities that align with our curriculum and meet the individual needs of all learners.

Pencils for daily use and to provide for students to complete homework. Pencils can be use as incentives and you can never have enough pencils in elementary!

Giant Jenga Game to encourage teamwork, critical thinking, and hands-on learning during our indoor (outdoor) brain breaks and small group activities.
