Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
At the Young Women's STEM Academy, we are on a mission to transform 181 young girls' lives, ranging from 6th to 7th grade, by providing them with the tools to excel in STEM fields. Our campus is unique—a dedicated, all-girls STEM learning environment. We firmly believe that this setting can help break down barriers and propel more women into the male-dominated world of STEM.
One of my initiatives to ignite their passion for STEM is the introduction of Keva Planks into our daily curriculum.
These simple yet powerful wooden blocks inspire creativity, enhance problem-solving skills, and encourage innovative thinking. They will be used almost daily to kickstart or conclude our learning sessions, fueling the girls' imaginations both in the classroom and beyond.
The statistics are disheartening: women remain underrepresented in STEM, making up only a fraction of the workforce. This is why your support for dedicated learning spaces like the Young Women's STEM Academy is crucial. By contributing to our Keva Planks project, you are not just investing in wooden blocks; you are investing in the future of these young girls. You are helping them defy stereotypes, shatter glass ceilings, and become the warriors of STEM.
Join us in this mission to empower the future. Your donation will help these budding scientists, engineers, and mathematicians develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive in STEM fields. Together, we can change the landscape of STEM by giving these young women the tools and opportunities they deserve. Let's create a brighter, more inclusive future together. Donate today.
