My Project

This year, I will be bringing a team of fifth graders to a Science Showdown facing other schools in our district! The challenge is to create a structurally sound bridge to support the highest weight, built only out of popsicle sticks and an adhesive. I am asking for an abundance of those materials, so students can practice building different designs to meet the parameters of the competition.

Popsicle sticks, wood glue, tape measures, and storage containers will help give my students the materials they need to build a successful design to bring to this competition!
