Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

One of my favorite quotes is, "Winners never quit". How it relates to my project is I know my students are filled with so much potential, and I want to just help them along the way.

My students are in an area of high poverty.

They are so eager and excited to learn. I hope by contributions that we can help them visualize and reach for their dreams. I've requested pencils, markers, and construction paper. I have also requested LeapFrog videos to entice them with the letter factory. Thank you!

My Project

My students will implement the materials by creating books, and illustrating stories. My students love to create. When they are excited and motivated magic happens. They love crayons and paper. They are always looking for something new to create. I want to help make this happen.

When my students see what they can do when given the proper tools, anything is possible.

My mission is to ensure my students are given every opportunity to explore our world, and to imagine the impossible becoming possible. Thank you.
