This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach 500 hard working, amazing students in a low income, small East Texas town. They love to have fun and learn by playing games in PE. We love to focus on sports and movement skills while making learning fun and engaging for our students.

I strive to make my classroom a fun and exciting, but also an engaging learning environment for all of my students.

I love to inspire kids to learn to love fitness and to live a healthy lifestyle.

My Project

My students love station time in PE. They love the building station which includes so many different types of blocks. One problem is that one set of blocks is about 20 years old. We are in need of a fresh new set. We are also in need of some items for our gym office. We need a shelf for storage and some hygiene products so that we are stocked and have everything we need. My students will love to be able to play with not just one, or two, but three new types of blocks in the building station in PE.
