This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a new teacher, I am beyond excited to provide everything my students need to thrive. The supplies I'm requesting are essential tools that will greatly enhance my students' learning experience. Headphones will allow my students to focus during testing, fostering their language skills in a bilingual environment. Crayons, glue and stickers will encourage creativity and hands-on learning, making lessons more engaging and memorable. Pencils and erasers are fundamental for writing practice, which is crucial for their literacy development. Cleaning supplies will help maintain a safe and healthy classroom, ensuring that students can focus on learning

My goal for this project is to create an environment where my students have everything they need to succeed academically and creatively.

It is important to me that my student never feel limited because they might not have the resources to purchase these supplies. By providing these supplies, I'm setting them up for success in reading, writing, and overall classroom participation.

What makes my students special is their enthusiasm for learning in a bilingual setting. They bring diverse perspective and a strong desire to grow, despite any challenges they may face. These supplies will empower them to reach their full potential, allowing them to shine both academically and personally.
