My Project

We have just recently received our very first Non-English speaking students in my small neighborhood school. We are just as eager to learn Spanish as they are to learn English.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to Build Bilingual Bobcats.

With this new challenge comes the need for new materials. All of my current resources are in English only. When we add bilingual books to our class library everyone will benefit including myself. We will be able to bridge the communication gap a lot faster with these materials than without.

Although the students are learning to communicate on their own each day, I know how amazing it will be to watch them progress faster with these reading materials.
