Building Better Wildcats With Pbis Rewards

Help me give my students interesting and fun items to earn. We are a pre-k to 5th grade public school serving an underprivileged population.

My Project

Our goal is to increase pro-social behavior so that all scholars can be successful both academically and socially at school and in the community. We are working to strengthen our Tier 1 supports by motivating and reinforcing scholars to demonstrate pro-social behaviors. Scholars will earn Wildcat Bucks for following expectations in class and in all areas of the campus. Anyone on staff can award Wildcat bucks. Simply teaching pro-social skills without providing reinforcement will not increase the likelihood that these skills will be repeated.

Snacks and toys will help ensure they are nourished and ready to tackle their lessons.

Fidget toys will support students who need to release nervous energy, helping them stay focused and calm while learning. Games will bring fun and collaboration into the classroom, making learning more engaging and creating a supportive community.
