My Project

I love helping all students at SES find the best version of themselves. I go into classrooms to teach lessons about character development, meet with students individually who are struggling with social-emotional skills, and in small groups to help students solve problems or work through difficult situations. So many students struggle with self-regulation, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I need to keep my room stocked with resources to help support every student.

I supply students with calming strategies and fidgets to help them lower stress levels.

Calm students are also students who are ready to learn in the classroom. I also run an after-school yoga club where students can come and learn meditation, and deep breathing, and learn how yoga connects their mind and body. Thank you for helping me restock my office with very important supplies!
