Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year we are starting the school year learning about animals and their habitats. This is a very interesting unit for students to learn. One way to make this unit more engaging and fun for students is to incorporate some hands-on learning such as LEGO sets. These animal LEGO sets will get students excited to build during our STEM time and help us connect our ELA learning too.

Students will benefit greatly working together, collaborating, and learning by building these sets.

We will focus on animals from all sorts of habitats such as the jaguar from the Amazon and the giraffe from the African savannah. This will be a truly fun way to get my students excited about learning with LEGO sets and make a huge difference in their learning. Thank you so much for your support!
