My Project

This year was the first time AP Biology was taught at my school. We all dug in and did our very best but often we did not have the supplies we needed. We also do not have the budget to purchase them. My hope is to gather the kits needed to complete what AP Biology teachers call the "Dirty Dozen" labs. We need the cell respiration investigation kit to complete these labs

We are trying so hard to offer students the opportunities, courses and rigor that other students have in nearby affluent counties.

Please help me reward my students' bravery because challenging themselves and stepping out of your comfort zone is something not often seen at my school. Having an AP Biology program will give my students the lab skills, knowledge and confidence to attempt post-secondary instruction. I can't wait to see what these students accomplish.
