Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Pre-K classroom is filled with energetic and curious students who love to explore and learn. However, the space is crowded, making it difficult for them to work comfortably. With 6 students per table, there simply isn’t enough room for them to engage fully. That’s why I’m requesting an extra kidney table and a sand table.

The Lakeshore Kids Adjustable Group Table will allow me to reduce the number of students per table to 5, giving them more space to work, collaborate, and focus on their tasks.

This will create a more comfortable and productive environment for them to engage with their learning materials.

The Playful Sand Table will promote collaborative learning and help students develop important social skills. Through sand play, they will work together, share ideas, and practice problem-solving—all while having fun and developing their communication skills in a hands-on, interactive way.

My goal is to create an environment where students can comfortably interact, collaborate, and thrive. My students are special because they come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives to the classroom. With the right resources, they will continue to grow and develop both academically and socially.
