This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello! I am a first-year teacher and a recent graduate building a classroom for my students. My students will come into a warm, hands-on environment with this community's help! The materials on the list build the items needed to help run a classroom outside of the student’s supply list. Supplies such as the post It papers and composition books allow for my students to be involved in their learning. The office supplies and laminator allow me to keep my classroom organized and efficient!

My students, in this title 1 school, are described as the sweetest in all the county who are in circumstances beyond their control.

There is no question whether they have the ability and with this help, we can get them to a point we know they can be.
