My Project

The books and supplies being requested will be used to help my students to learn how to regulate emotions, help students to process the feelings they feel both at school and home, interact well with their peers and others in school and give students a space to process all of this in the room.

The products that I have selected will help my students to learn essential skills to develop into caring and emotionally strong people.

The bean bag chairs will be used to allow students to have a calming spot in the room as they learn more about their emotions and ways to process them appropriately. My students are amazing children who desire to care for others well and want to grow as both learners and productive members of our school community.

The stories that I have selected will also help all of my students to see themselves in stories so that their lives and experiences are reflected and respected in our classroom. The journals will give them opportunities to process their thoughts after learning about SEL practices. Thank you for your support and encouragement for my students!
