This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are the youngest learners in my school. They are a group of very special individuals. Every single day with them is full of surprises, wonder, and aha moments.

Most children are fascinated by bugs, they love them.

These materials will help support our unit about bugs. They will be used to build language and reinforce counting and sorting. I will use the materials to provide lessons as a whole group, small group, and one-on-one, and ultimately the children will be encouraged to use them independently.

Learning will be more meaningful because children will be allowed to interact with the materials on a daily basis.
