My Project

Our art room is an ambitious one and often our goals exceed our budget. We are looking for help to make our classroom comfortable for our students to explore and take risks. The first ask is for additional cleaning supplies for our room. Although cleaning supplies are supplied for the school we do not often have adequate cleaning supplies for the art room. The ability to clean at the end of each period allows for the comfort of our students and the ability for us to be adventurous with the types of materials we can use and change gears when the next class comes in. We are also asking for replacement staple guns and drill for the ones we have been using for years. These are essential for hanging our yearly art show and help students learn to be self sufficient in the way they want to present their work to IB. In addition, these tools help us to build and maintain storage for our students work in the room. Lastly. we are asking for printing plates as a long term investment in our future printing projects. Gelli plates are resilient and useful for both beginning and advanced print making techniques. Thank you so much for your consideration!
