Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

During the winter time, temperature's drop and because we do not have a gymnasium at our school, I still like to bring my classes out, even if it's for a few minutes for some fresh air during Gym class. Unfortunately many of our families cannot always purchase and obtain the proper winter clothing for their children.

A proper 'hygiene kit' that is packed with gloves, a hat, and some hygiene necessities will help these children be prepared not only during the school day but when they are at home.

My students deserve the most love and support they can get from school and I would love to see them bundled up properly and have the tools to keep their body clean during the cooler months.
