Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Binoculars will help students see animals in the exhibits when they are far away while hats will help shade them from the sun and prevent heat stroke and sickness. Coloring books will be used during down time to help them stay focused on the animals we are learning about.

The Bronx Zoo is an amazing field trip opportunity for the kindergarten cohort.

It's one of the first big field trips they experience in school and learning about animals that live in other countries help them explore the world around them.

Please consider donating to our kindergarten grade project. Our Field trip is in April and it would be so wonderful to have these products in time.
