Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Your donation will give our soccer team the equipment it needs to have a successful season! Our middle school soccer team are the 2-time defending middle school Bronx Champions, but with the massive budget cuts this school year, we need to raise money for equipment!

Our students need quality equipment to compete at a high level!

Unfortunately, because fields in the Bronx are very limited, we will likely be practicing in the concrete school yard. The Chance and Capra street soccer balls will allow us to practice on the concrete, while the Nike balls will become our game balls as we compete against other teams from the Bronx!

The goal of our athletics programs is to support students with their academics and social emotional skills, teach them about accountability and hard work, and get them prepared to play soccer at a higher level. We want our students to learn, grow, and have another avenue towards success in high school and college!
