My Project

Having Scholastic News in our classroom will create a dynamic new reading center for my students. These resources will engage them with captivating content that integrates science, social studies, and reading, all in one place. The articles are designed to spark curiosity, improve literacy skills, and build a broader understanding of the world around them.

My goal is to provide my students with something they truly enjoy and look forward to each month.

I want to foster a love of learning through materials that excite them, encourage active participation, and inspire them to explore new ideas and perspectives.

My students are a wonderful group of bright and eager learners, who come from low-income households. They often rely on the classroom for access to resources and experiences that broaden their horizons. Scholastic News offers them a chance to see, learn, and engage with topics they might not otherwise encounter, making their educational experience more enriching and meaningful.
