My Students

My computers are older than my students! Our classroom computers are over 10 years old. They are extremely unreliable and cause both the students and myself a lot of frustration. We would love reliable, up to date technology to enrich and reinforce daily lessons.

I work with a wonderful group of Kindergarten students.

They are enthusiastic, energetic and eager to learn. They live in a diverse urban area and come to school with a variety of experiences, needs and abilities. I would like to ensure that every student can experience the joy of integrating technology into our classroom.

My Project

I am requesting a tablet so that I can reliably integrate technology into the classroom. My students will be introduced to touch screen technology which will allow them to learn while having fun. They will have access to a wide variety of applications which will enrich and reinforce their learning in all areas of the curriculum.

With your support and donations, my students will begin their education with a positive experience of technology.

With budget cuts and the computers in our classroom not always working, a tablet would truly make a difference. You will be bringing joy and providing a positive experience that will last them a lifetime.
