My Project

I work with curious, loving, and creative kindergarten through 5th grade students. They enjoy coming to school every day and have been working hard to develop social and emotion regulation skills in their counseling sessions. My students are highly motivated to use technology and enjoy exploring new activities. We are requesting Osmo educational resources for students to use with iPads in their counseling sessions. This will give students the opportunity to use hands-on materials for interactive digital activities.

These educational learning games will allow me to meet the different needs of our students' diverse learning styles - especially our kinesthetic and visual learners.

I know that my students will burst with excitement to see their physical creations brought to life on screen with the Osmo activities. In counseling sessions, Osmo will be particularly effective for addressing therapeutic goals with students in an engaging and playful (but structured) way. The different activities will support students in developing their problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Additionally, students will be encouraged to use their creativity and imagination when participating in the digital activities.
