My Project

Our kindergarten through fourth-grade students are bright, curious, and eager to explore the world of STEM! They thrive when given hands-on learning opportunities, and our summer program is the perfect place to spark their creativity and problem-solving skills. However, we lack the necessary resources to introduce them to coding and robotics in an engaging way. With your support, we can provide interactive robotics kits that make learning fun, accessible, and exciting for all students!

My Project

I am requesting Botley The Coding Robot Activity Sets and Snap Circuits Jr. sets to bring hands-on STEM learning to our summer program.

• Botley The Coding Robot will introduce students to coding in a screen-free way, allowing them to develop computational thinking skills by programming Botley to move, follow commands, and solve challenges.

• Snap Circuits Jr. will help students explore the fundamentals of electrical circuits by building simple electronic projects with easy snap-together pieces.

These materials will provide an engaging introduction to robotics, programming, and engineering for students of all skill levels. Through guided exploration and creative problem-solving, they will develop critical thinking skills while having fun!

Why We Need Your Support

Many of our students have limited access to STEM learning opportunities outside of school. By incorporating robotics and coding into our summer program, we can bridge this gap and inspire a love for technology that could shape their future careers.
