Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, we strive to make learning exciting, interactive, and accessible for all students. To do this, we need tools that can transform how we teach and engage with students. That’s why we’re hoping to add the Epson DC-21 Document Camera to our learning space. Much like technological heroes such as Wall-E and R2D2, this document camera will support our mission by bringing lessons to life and helping students connect with their learning in new ways.

The document camera will be especially valuable for our English as a New Language (ENL) students, who benefit greatly from clear, visual supports.

With its high-quality zoom feature, this tool will make vocabulary sheets, diagrams, and examples accessible to all students, ensuring that everyone can follow along and participate. Additionally, it will allow students to share their work with the entire class, fostering collaboration, pride, and a sense of community.

By incorporating this technology, we can create a more inclusive and engaging environment where all students, regardless of their language level, feel supported and inspired to learn. Thank you for helping us bring this vision into focus for our students!
