Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As my 5th graders move schools and become 6th graders, these vision boards will help them create and visualize the experiences they desire to have. Vision Boards. The vision board can help them to increase understanding of what they want and how you want to get there. I've asked them to begin writing down words, ideas, affirmations that they believe align with the 6th grade/middle school experiences they want.

With their poster boards, they will be able to bring their desires to life.

The intention is to place their poster boards in an area of their home they frequent so the images are things they see every day. Each student will need a poster board, clip art and they will share the glue.

I want them to trust themselves and what they are capable of bringing to life.
