My Project
Art is more than just creativity, it's a way for my students to explore ideas, express emotions, and even engage with math concepts in a hands-on, meaningful way. Our classroom is in need of fresh supplies to keep this exploration going strong.
With your support, we hope to bring in new paper of various sizes and textures, a desktop art easel for drawing and painting, and open-ended materials that support both art and math learning, like shape stampers, collage materials, and patterning tools.
These resources will help students make connections between art and early math concepts like sorting, counting, and recognizing patterns, all while encouraging self-expression and imagination.
