Bringing Color to the Classroom

My Project

I am a first-year teacher teaching 1st grade at a school. My students' reading comprehension and ability to focus were both greatly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Studies show that using color in your lessons and handouts increases student attention spans and their ability to retain information. With a color printer, I will be able to provide a color-rich learning environment for my students. It will also give my students the opportunity to create and print their own projects, allowing them to express themselves in unique ways. The table will allow us to keep the printer in an area that is easily accessible to both my students and myself.
