My Students

Help us integrate technology into our art lessons and learning by helping us get a tablet computer!

You will be helping 388 K-5th graders in the lovely state of Michigan!

Each student in the school goes to art class once a week and they all have amazing artistic abilities and are engaged in learning new technology and adapting to new ways of learning.

My Project

The tablet will help each student see art in a new way! With the tablet, we can travel to different art museums by just a click of a button. We can look at art work that is on the other side of the world in seconds and show that technology and art can go hand in hand. The students will be using this tablet to do Digital drawings and look at art websites. This will also help the students that have a hard time with focus; when they need to be out by themselves, they can use the tablet to look up ideas for drawing.

The donations that you make will help my students explore art from around the world with out leaving our classroom.

This will also help them see that art can be anywhere and every where you look even on the computer!
