My Project

Electrochemistry is always a difficult concept for students who take chemistry. There are many concepts in electrochemistry such as anode, cathode, oxidation, reduction, electron movement, charges, and others that we have to cover. Without visuals, students lose motivation to learn.

We can make these concepts easier for students by introducing demonstrations where students can have visual representations of scientific concepts.

Students will use the demonstration kit to show how electrons move from anode to cathode. They will learn how we generate electricity. They will also use the book to explore advanced concepts for chemistry. Students are going to use the listed materials to demonstrate their understanding by exploring hands-on activities. In a few years, Regents Chemistry will change. We will be including next-generation science standards through a program called New Vision. We have to make sure that students understand scientific concepts rather than memorizing them. We need the AP chemistry book with recent exams, demo kits, and a few other materials as soon as possible.
