My Students

"If we teach today as we taught yesterday, we rob our children of tomorrow" John Dewey. Technology plays a vital role in educating today's students. Please help my students bring their computer programming to life.

My students are energetic, eager and motivated to learn, especially when it involves technology.

Our school is located in an urban area in Southern California. We are a Title 1 (Socio-Economically Disadvantaged) school, and all of our students participate in the free lunch program. Most of these students do not have access to the technology that many other 3rd graders do.

My Project

Right now my students have no way of printing research materials or the computer programming projects that they create. Printing any student created Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document created is unavailable. I am requesting a Brother all-in-one color printer with ink to help bring our computer programming to life. With these resources my students will be able to find information and scan as well as create projects using technology. Their computer programming projects will finally be able to be printed and displayed. What a revolutionary concept!

Having a printer and the ability to print their creations will take my students' computer programming to the next level.

Students will be able to show off their work and be proud of their accomplishments! Your donation to this project will allow my students to see first hand what they can do with the skills they've acquired. They will have a printer so they can print all of the wonderful projects they create.
