Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My superstars absolutely adore pretend play! I try my best to change our dramatic play center to match our units of study each month from a kitchen, to a flower shop, then a laundromat, an auto mechanic, and more recently a hardware store.

Pretend play is crucial for a child's development, fostering essential cognitive, social, and emotional skills like problem-solving, cooperation, creativity, and language development.

The dramatic play center is one of my students favorite centers to play in this year and with your help, I can add some much needed furniture to help display their costumes and other play materials.

Funding for this project will go towards a dentist set, workbench, dress up center with mirrors and shelving to display available dress up clothing and toys for my students.
